Curriculum
Within our Kindergarten & Nursery childrens are allocated into 4 classes - were we take into account their various claims arising from their age difference.
Young Nursery - for children from 18 month.
Happy Dwarfs - smallest children from 1,5 to 2 years.
Bright Bunnies - chilrden from 2 to 3 years.
Bilingual education also for young children - we communicate with children during the day in english and slovak as well.The whole process is in playful form - from reading books, description of pictures, music, signing and dancing, exercise and painting...
Kindergarten - for children from 3 years
Fairyland offers an outstanding curriculum by age of child maturity.
A curriculum, which places great accent on the understanding of concepts and develompent of attitudes as well as acquisition of knowledge and skills.
Within each class we focus in particular as on the promotion and development of gross and fine motoric as to prepare child to get ready for elementary school in a personalized, private, and nurturing environment.
Ladybirds - 3-4 years old children
Butterflies - 4-6 years old children ( included pre-shool preparation)
A curriculum, which enriches it with new subjects, teaching methods, using the latest teaching aids and materials in English and Slovak language.
Our curriculum is based on a thematic learning approach, where monthly and weekly themes serve as an inspiration for exploration and experimentation within the developmental areas of each child.
Underlying are the beliefs that effective learning is an active, cross-disciplinary, inquiry-based process including the following areas in fun and playful way as:
- Focuses on literature, math, science skills-, and social studies
- Basic aspects of reading and writing
- Physical Education (offers a rich selection of sport activities)
- Supports creativity and self-education
- Develops life skills like self-confidence, problem solving, and social interaction
